The Ritual Begins With Water.
In the hammams of the Ottoman Empire, the bathhouses of Mughal Lahore, and the private quarters of the great havelis of Pakistan, the bath was never merely a matter of cleanliness. It was a ritual. A ceremony of preparation. A moment of stillness before the world began.
Women would soak in waters infused with rose petals, mineral salts, and fragrant oils — allowing the warmth to open the pores, relax the muscles, and prepare the skin to receive the layers of scent that would follow. The bath was the foundation upon which all beauty was built.
This is the tradition that inspired Sikhana’s Luxury Bath Salts. Each 280g jar carries a heritage fragrance rooted in the landscapes and stories of Pakistan — from the jasmine gardens of Lahore to the apricot orchards of Hunza — dissolved into a mineral-rich salt blend that transforms your bath into a Mughal ritual.
